My Approach

We live in a world now, where we are bombarded with conflicting information from all directions. The media is rife with misinformation, pseudoscience and articles and studies that contradict one another. It can be overwhelming to try and discern fact from fiction, especially with hyped up, over sensationalized advertisements that are designed to draw you in and mislead you.

I offer my clients a science based approach, while still addressing them as a whole. True health is experienced only when the body, mind and spirit are in balance. My recommendations are always well researched and backed by true facts rather than weak claims or the latest health fad. Each person will have their own unique needs and circumstances and this is always reflected in my recommendations for them. What may work for one person, may not work for another, as each individual is biochemically unique. I don’t support a “One size fits all” approach, as many main stream diets would lead you to believe.

  • I take a very detailed assessment of your medical history, current diet and lifestyle, as well take note of any health concerns and what your current goals are.

  • After analyzing the information and all the details given, I then create a customized nutrition plan that is uniquely tailored to your body’s needs and I give lifestyle recommendations to help bring your body and life back into balance.

  • I also offer wellness coaching if you feel that you need extra support and guidance to show you how to take the necessary steps to put your customized plan into action.

  • My main goal in working with you is to empower you to take control of your health and become more in tune with your body and the signals it is giving you. I want to help you achieve your wellness goals and experience true health of the mind,body and spirit.
